Joud is owned, managed and operated by Inspiration LLC. By using Joudness.com you agree to be bound by its conditions of use, legal notices, privacy policy and all disclaimers and terms and conditions that appear elsewhere on Joudness.com.

If order is placed on weekends (Fridays and Saturdays) it will be in process on Sunday.

  • Returns policy
    If you are not completely satisfied with a product, Joudness.com will gladly exchange the purchase - at its own discretion - within 14 days of the return request date, according to the notes below.
  • When are ‘Returns’ not possible?

There are a few certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 14 days from delivery
  • Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
  • Any item which has been used or installed.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  • Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels and original packing.

  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
  • In the event that transaction error has occurred while making the payment, a refund in most cases will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.
  • Returns are for replacement or merchandise credit only.
  • The value shall not include any shipping charges. A copy of the invoice must be included with all returns.
  • All items must be returned complete and in their original boxes or packages.
  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid; the customer is responsible for all freight and shipping charges.

 

  • Order information: Billing or shipping address that is inaccurate or incomplete may result in delays. Products cannot be shipped to incomplete addresses. In cases of not accepting the delivery for reasons other than wrong items, the customer agrees to pay the shipping charges incurred and specified on the invoice.
  • Order cancellations:
    We are unable to refund any online purchase from the time your order is placed (when you click the Process Order button) until the product is received by you and returned to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after receiving your product, please review our returns policy.
  • Shipping charges
  • All shipping charges are based on average package weight and dimension. This may be different from actual weights of products. Shipping charges can be computed while finalizing your order prior to completion.
  • Joudness.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Egypt.
  • Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

 

  • All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties. 
  • The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
  • Some of the advertisements you see on the Site are selected and delivered by third parties, such as ad networks, advertising agencies, advertisers, and audience segment providers. These third parties may collect information about you and your online activities, either on the Site or on other websites, through cookies, web beacons, and other technologies in an effort to understand your interests and deliver to you advertisements that are tailored to your interests. We make no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type. We also reserve the right to cancel or reject any order at our discretion.

Online sales are intended for, and limited to, personal use, domestic and international sales only. We reserve the right to limit the number of products sold, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. Prices do not include shipping, tax or insurance.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they buy do not violate any rules or laws in the destination country. Ownership of the products is transferred to the customer once they are shipped.
  • Egyptian laws are the applicable laws to all transactions and any disputes shall be ruled in Egyptian Courts.

 

  • Information needed to make a purchase: When you make a purchase, we ask for your name, address, phone number, email address and other information necessary to complete and track your order. For purposes of billing, you might need to provide your credit card type, number, expiration date and billing address for the card. This credit card info is submitted on the Bank payment gateway. The bank does not share any of your information or your credit card information with Joudness.com. If your order is to be shipped, we also need the name, address and phone number of the intended recipient(s).
  • Information needed to create an account: You may create an account through Joudness.com at any time by providing your email address and designating a unique access password. You do not need to create an account in order to visit our site. Creating an account allows you to save certain billing information so that you can track the status of your orders and set your ordering preferences. For your privacy and security, we do not store credit card numbers in your account. You may change saved account information at any time.

  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
  • Egypt is our country of domicile.
  • Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
  • If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. 
  • The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
  • We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in EGP (or any other agreed currencies).

Do Joudness.com store data?
